Coaches CCAT New Years Plunge Invite, January 13 &14, 2012 Clearfield Aquatic Center, 825 South State Street, Clearfield Utah, 84015 Session 1 Friday Januar 13, 2012 Warm up @ 4:00 pm Meet starts @ 5:00 pm Session 2 Saturday January 14, 2012 session 2 is for the 1650 only Warm up @ 7:00 am Meet starts 2 7:30 am Session 3 saturday January 14, 2012 Warm up @8:30 am Meet starts @9:30 Swimmers may enter 4 individual events on Friday and 4 individual on Saturday, NT(no times) will be excepted. Fees: $5.00 surcharge per swimmer. 42.50 per individual event, All fees are non refundable. Swimmers have a choice to swim the senior 400 IM or the senior 500 Free. They cannot swim both due to time constraints. Its christmas time and the winter break is coming up. Christmas break will be December 22 to January 2. We will resume practice on January 3 at 5:30. We will not be holding official practice during the break. I do suggest to have swimmers come in and do a board workout that will posted by the coaches. What is a board workout? A board workout is literally a workout posted on the whiteboard by one of the coaching staff. Swimmers need to come in and do the best they can with the workouts. If they don’t come in over the break, the first day back will be like starting over. Please bring them in a couple of days or as many as you can do. Enjoy your break. We are placing the order for shirts. If you did not place and order we will be ordering extras in different size, but they will be limited in sizes. coaches The next meet will be on November 11th. Train hard for the next couple of weeks, so we can swim some good times. We will be sending home papers for the meet. We are still working on getting online payments. Try to bring them on Monday the 17 because that will be the last actual practice before we take a break. Thanks!!
BEST will only be having practice on Monday October 17th. Be sure to be there, we will be having a good time. No practice Tuesday due to high school swim meet. Feel free to come and enjoy the meet. All swim meets are free. Non high school swimmers are to watch in the balcony, unless they are timing a lane for the swim meet. If you plan on coming and watching try get there early because seating is limited. Swim meet starts at 3:30 pm and will end around 6 pm. The fall break for school will cover the rest of the week and is the reason for no practice. Enjoy your break and come ready to swim on the 24th. |
